What is the promotional credit?



It's extra trading margin added to your Deriv MT5 Gold account when you make your first eligible transfer. You can use it to trade, but you can't withdraw it or use it to cover trading losses.

How is it calculated?



It’s 25% of your first transfer into your Deriv MT5 Gold account. Transfer 100 USD and you get 25 USD; transfer 200 USD and you get 50 USD. The cap is 500 USD, reached with a 2,000 USD transfer.

Do I need to trade to receive the promotional credit?



No. You don't need to place any trades or trade a certain amount to receive your credit. It's added automatically after your first eligible transfer.

Can I receive the credit if I already have a Deriv account?



Yes. Existing Deriv clients may also qualify, provided they meet the campaign requirements and haven't previously funded or traded through a real MT5 Gold account.

Can I withdraw the credit?



No. Promotional credit is additional trading margin, not withdrawable cash. You can withdraw your realised profits, but any withdrawal or transfer out of your Deriv MT5 Gold account will remove the promotional credit in full.

Can I withdraw my profits?



Yes. But note that making a withdrawal removes the credit from your account.

Does it cover losses?



No. Losses come from your own funds. MT5 shows your equity with the credit included, so your own funds are your equity minus the credit.

How long is the promotion available?



The promotion runs from 26 October to 30 November 2026. Make your first transfer into a real Deriv MT5 Gold account during this period to qualify.
